What you'll do

  • Own The Design : Take ownership of in-house HV connector designs, routing and: optimization of HV harnesses, and related components for next-generation vehicle platforms, ensuring successful implementation from concept to production and beyond Managing every aspect of design engineering from concept to production and beyond.

  • Develop system-level solutions that balance electrical performance,: mechanical robustness, manufacturability, cost, serviceability, and customer experience.

  • Lead supplier technical reviews, DFMEA reviews, tooling reviews, validation: alignment, and production launch activities.

  • Prototype & Test : Design, build, and test your prototypes Define and: support executing environmental, vibration, thermal shock, temperature cycling, ingress protection, durability, and mechanical qualification testing

  • Drive design changes based on test results and real-world feedback.

  • Innovate & Optimize: Continuously optimize designs for cost and performance without sacrificing safety or reliability.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with electrical engineers, quality assurance, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Mentor : Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, lead internal design: reviews, and drive engineering decisions through analysis, testing, and first-principles reasoning.
  • Continuously Learn: Embrace new challenges and expand your engineering skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ideally 3-6 years of relevant work experience but open to all levels of: experience if paired with strong technical proficiency
