What you'll do
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or operational field OR equivalent: relevant technical education, certification, or comparable formal training is required.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in vehicle operations, fleet: coordination, software quality validation, test operations, service engineering, or related automotive product quality roles.
Strong understanding of vehicle readiness, fleet utilization, software build: deployment, OTA update control, and configuration tracking in an automotive engineering environment.
Experience coordinating vehicle testing or assessment execution, including: driver scheduling, issue reproduction support, log collection, and engineering triage inputs.
Familiarity with repair coordination, maintenance planning, parts: replacement, and vehicle downtime management for assessment or engineering fleets.
Working knowledge of software release milestones, vehicle software versions,: special build handling, and validation support workflows with engineering teams.
