What you'll do

  • Lead end to end delivery of strategic HR and People Operations initiatives: across corporate, manufacturing, and shared services functions.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.

  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

  • Manage interdependencies across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Communications, and business functions.

  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Manage complex, cross functional projects that span multiple business: functions, geographic regions, and manufacturing locations.

What they're looking for

  • Prepare executive level presentations, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Maintain project governance processes, documentation, decision logs, and action trackers.
  • Drive consistency across project operating models, templates, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive decision making.
