What you'll do
Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate: searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through: clear and consistent communication
Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree: and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- + years of recruiting experience in engineering, supply chain or other niche disciplines
- Experience with in-house recruiting
- Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
