- Working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting month-end close best practices;: strong communication and documentation habits.
- Experience preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with clear, complete support.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and an ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and comfort: learning new tools (e.g., BlackLine).
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to collaborate across: Accounting and cross‑functional partners.
