The opportunity

Nuro believes self-driving vehicles are the most immediate and profound opportunity for AI to drive positive change in the physical world. Safer streets, more time for what matters, and easier access to the world around us, that’s why we’re building a universal autonomy…

What you'll do

  • Own technical program execution for Nuro’s autonomy team: working closely with Autonomy engineers, technical program managers, and directly supporting the Head of Autonomy.

  • Build and maintain Autonomy’s long-term roadmap: the new driving capabilities we will build and when they will land.

  • Identify issues early, help teams make tradeoffs, and drive problems to resolution.

  • Create clear updates for leaders on progress, risks, and key decisions.

  • Build strong working relationships across Nuro and within the Autonomy team.

  • Use data and judgment to support decision-making and measure progress over time.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, autonomy, robotics, mobility, AI,: hardware/software, or other technical industries.
