What you'll do
Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting and root: cause analysis for incidents, guiding post-mortem reviews and improvements.
Execute network changes across datacenters, backbone and edge infrastructure: to implement next-generation designs, scale capacity and improve network reliability.
Manage, optimize and address immediate needs vs long-term goals for the: entire Crusoe network (frontend, backend, backbone, edge, public cloud connectivity)
Collaborate within Network Engineering and with cross-functional teams and: departments to ensure network meets business needs
Lead operational excellence initiatives—developing monitoring, alerting and: systems to ensure high network availability.
Mentor network engineers and establish best practices for incident response,: documentation and operational readiness.
What they're looking for
- Manage vendor relationships & contracts related to network services and equipment.
- Provide visibility into network health through the delivery of detailed: metrics, event statistics, and performance analysis
- Be part of a 24/7 Oncall Support for the Crusoe Network.
