What you'll do
Define the product design strategy for high-level, ambiguous business: challenges, ensuring alignment between user needs and long-term commercial goals.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive architectural: decisions and platform-wide design standards.
Champion a culture of design excellence by mentoring senior designers and: fostering high-quality craft across the organisation.
Identify and tackle systemic design opportunities that improve performance,: accessibility, and user satisfaction at scale.
Act as a bridge between functions, using your influence to align: cross-functional teams around a unified product vision.
Extensive experience leading complex design initiatives from conception to: launch within large-scale, high-growth environments.
