What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Functions roles across AMER: Finance, Legal, People, Workplace, and Corporate leadership — from first outreach to close.
Partner with Corporate Functions leaders as a true strategic advisor on: sourcing strategy, market mapping, competitive intelligence, compensation positioning, and talent insights.
Activate and engage passive, high-caliber corporate talent: the strategic thinkers and operational leaders who aren't actively looking but are exactly who we need.
Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines that can keep pace with aggressive: hiring goals and our continued AMER expansion.
Create closing strategies that win against the most competitive offers in the: market and manage stakeholder expectations with data.
Use data to set benchmarks and metrics, drive workforce planning, and: continuously sharpen our hiring process as we scale.
What they're looking for
