What you'll do
Architect the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for our core developer: infrastructure, including CI, SCM, and development environments.
Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure capable of handling: increasing operational loads with a relentless focus on speed, safety, and reliability.
Lead the strategy for developer onboarding and development environments,: reducing time-to-first-commit and making it effortless for engineers to be productive.
Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize build and CI patterns,: eliminate developer friction, and champion high engineering standards across the organization.
Provide technical mentorship to engineers across the team, conducting: rigorous design reviews and establishing best-practice operational guidelines.
