• Share knowledge across the engineering organisation and support teammates: through design discussions, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Experience building production AI applications using modern LLMs, including: agents, RAG, workflow automation, structured generation, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building reliable,: maintainable, observable production systems.
