The opportunity

The Sentry Platform Technologies team develops the common hardware and software capabilities that power the Sentry product family. These foundational technologies include pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, communications, platform software, and other shared capabilities…

What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies, including: pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, communications, platform software, and other foundational hardware and software capabilities.

  • Drive development from concept through prototype builds, integration,: validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, production, and adoption across multiple Sentry products.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, the Lead Platform Architect, Chief: Engineers, and business line stakeholders to align shared platform capabilities with product roadmaps and mission requirements.

  • Collaborate with Fixed Site Systems and Maneuver Systems TPMs to synchronize: platform roadmaps with integrated product milestones.

  • Coordinate execution across Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Reliability, Test, Product Management, and Platform Architecture teams.

  • Drive standardization, modularity, and reuse of common technologies across the Sentry product family.

What they're looking for

  • Experience developing autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense: systems, automotive platforms, industrial equipment, or other complex electromechanical products.
  • Experience leading development of shared hardware or software platforms supporting multiple products.
  • Experience with compute platforms, power systems, communications, sensing: technologies, platform software, or other foundational system capabilities.
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFA, qualification testing, supplier readiness,: reliability engineering, and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Experience supporting multiple product lines through common technology development.
