Overall purpose of the role: As a Flagship Retail General Manager/Store Manager, you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bringing the ethos of Samsung connected innovation to life to your team and our customers.
What you'll do
Operational Excellence: Ensure Team planning and scheduling are completed utilising the HR tools available , control and accountability of team key performance indicators and ensuring management and team are aware of the Flagship Retail strategy and the performance across the financial year
Clear & Consistent Communication: Bring strategic direction to life and successfully communicate this across the management team and wider team to deliver tasks/projects on time
Strategic planning: Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business and improve performance, commerciality- able to discuss performance across sales, offers and launches, leading weekly management meetings
People management and development

Previous experience as a manager in retail, ideally in a premium: environment Confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive situations and HR challenges
