What you'll do
Define sourcing strategies for hardware commodities and raw materials,: balancing cost, quality, supply continuity and scalability
Lead supplier identification, qualification and selection through RFIs, RFQs: and RFPs, backed by competitive benchmarking
Negotiate pricing, lead times, capacity commitments and contract terms to: secure reliable, competitive supply agreements
Build and maintain a diversified, resilient supplier base, tracking: performance and addressing risks such as single sourcing or capacity constraints
Partner with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams on new product: introductions, cost reduction projects and supplier audits
Own sourcing cost targets, track market trends and cost drivers, and report savings and performance to Finance
