What you'll do
Identify Emerging Abuse Proactively identify new fraud patterns, abuse: trends, and vulnerabilities across our products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
Investigate anomalies, understand attacker behaviours, and translate: observations into actionable mitigation strategies.
Continuously scan for evolving risks, whether driven by organised fraud,: policy loopholes, technological change, or new product launches.
Build the Strategy Define the roadmap for emerging fraud prevention across the business.
Prioritise risks based on customer impact, financial exposure, operational: complexity, and strategic importance.
Develop business cases that influence investment in tooling, automation,: machine learning, and product improvements.
What they're looking for
- Turn Insights into Action Lead complex investigations to understand how: abuse occurs and where existing controls can be strengthened.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable: prevention mechanisms rather than tactical fixes.
- Establish metrics that measure both emerging risk and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution Act as the central point of coordination: between Fraud, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, and Data Science.
