What you'll do
Lead a team responsible for all facilities crane and elevator operations to: ensure zero unplanned interruptions of services to employees and customers.
Coordinate the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope of work enforcement: for facilities crane operations and elevator services.
Develop and administer an effective and efficient preventative maintenance program.
Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets on SpaceX’s custom work order system.
Provide leadership, conduct annual performance reviews, and manage subordinate technicians.
Consult with production engineering and facilities construction for required crane systems.
