What you'll do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reliability technicians and specialists: performing root cause analysis on electrical systems and PCBAs
Drive root cause findings into actionable improvements with manufacturing and: design teams to reduce failure rates and improve yield
Own day-to-day operations of the production root cause lab, including: technician scheduling, equipment maintenance, lab organization (5S), and resource planning
Develop and implement new processes and tools that improve the team’s ability: to efficiently and accurately root cause electrical failures
Establish clear priorities across multiple shifts and ensure timely: communication of findings and recommendations to production stakeholders
Define and track team performance metrics and key indicators, holding the: team accountable to measurable outcomes
What they're looking for
- Identify development opportunities for team members that align with both: individual growth and Starlink program goals
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- + years of quality or reliability experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, or related technical field
