What you'll do
Lead and oversee daily HVAC and plumbing operations, maintenance,: installation, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics in support of contract requirements.
Supervise and provide technical guidance to qualified HVAC technicians and mechanics.
Oversee residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, including DDC: controls, steam boilers, oil combustion, and plumbing systems.
Plan staffing, maintenance schedules, work assignments, and operational: priorities to ensure reliable system performance.
Monitor HVAC system performance, preventive maintenance, inspections, and: corrective repairs; identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Navy, installation, safety,: environmental, regulatory, and Company requirements.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, equipment: documentation, and required contract deliverables.
- Ensure assigned HVAC technicians meet applicable journeyman qualifications,: experience requirements, and manufacturer-specific training requirements.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Government representatives, maintenance: teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve HVAC efficiency, equipment reliability,: safety, and overall service delivery.
