What you'll do
Coordinates Grounds personnel with the assigned daily workload, prioritizing: to ensure maximum efficiency among the diverse activities, and include distribution and retrieval of work orders, monitoring progress, supporting supply requirements and determining specific work requirements where precise instructions are needed.
Identifies program objectives and priorities, and develop operating policies: and procedures needed to achieve annual and long-range goals.
Oversees and directs operations in safely providing required services to the customer.
Coordinates support for mission-essential requirements requiring personnel.
Monitors completion of emergency and urgent work.
Oversees the training employees on equipment and tools,
