What you'll do
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand: their business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, using data, market knowledge,: and sound judgment to influence hiring decisions.
Advise hiring teams on talent mapping, market dynamics, candidate expectations, and recruiting best practices.
Use talent insights to proactively identify opportunities and continuously: improve how we hire, partnering with our Talent Intelligence lead as needed.
Manage recruiters across the JAPAC/SAMEA Talent Acquisition team, sharing: expertise, providing coaching, and helping raise the bar for how we work together.
Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues and cross-functional: partners across Spotify, sharing knowledge and contributing to broader talent initiatives.
