What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing,: screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation
Primarily support hiring needs across Business / Commercial BUs
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring: needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,: from initial outreach to onboarding
Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation
What they're looking for
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing: channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring: timely delivery against business priorities
- –6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet: companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies
- Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions
