- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable improvements to programs
- Provide a positive experience by answering questions and addressing issues for new Stripes
- Contribute to evaluating session effectiveness by analyzing participant: feedback, metrics, and flagging opportunities for improvement to program leads • Collaborate with global facilitator team members and cross-team program managers to stay aligned and share learnings across regions
- Assist the Employee Relations team's preventative programming efforts by: helping develop and co-facilitate quarterly small group sessions that guide employees and managers toward the right internal channels for raising issues
