Cohere is in a unique and exciting position to grow our G&A team globally! We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high-performing G&A talent partner who is eager to take on a new challenge as we are in the early stages of building the Talent Acquisition function.
What you'll do
Own the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top: talent for G&A (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.) at Cohere.
Make sure our candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with us.
Work with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies.
Keep us up-to-date with talent market and industry insights so we can make informed decisions.
Keep track of recruiting funnels in Ashby our ATS, and update the progress regularly.
Find creative ways to proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel.
What they're looking for
- years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (experience at startups is a plus).
