The Global Technical enablement team helps Stripe’s user-facing technical teams, partners, and users learn how to build on Stripe and demonstrate their skills. Our stripe.
What you'll do
Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials for Stripe's: products and use cases, applying instructional design principles and relevant industry standards
Partner with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers to: identify learning needs and validate technical content
Create e-learning modules, tutorials, documentation, videos, and interactive: demonstrations for different audiences
Develop assessments that measure learner comprehension and progress
Use learner feedback, assessment results, and training data to evaluate effectiveness and improve content
Lead training sessions and workshops for content ahead of general: availability, gathering feedback to refine the materials
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into written, multimedia,: or interactive learning materials for different audiences
- Experience developing digital learning content using authoring, learning management, and multimedia tools
- Experience using learning feedback and training data to evaluate and improve learning materials
- Experience managing multiple content projects and deadlines while: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Stripe’s products, APIs, or platform
- Experience in financial technology, payment processing, or e-commerce
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools
