The opportunity

Job Title: Technical Program Manager, ESS

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of energy storage system projects, from concept: to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with many cross-functional stakeholders including engineering,: product management, supply chain, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external: stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive alignment, achieve project goals, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project: delivery, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and: provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes,: increase efficiency, and enhance overall project execution capabilities.

What they're looking for

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory: requirements related to battery energy storage systems, and integrate relevant insights into project planning and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • + years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the battery or energy storage industry.
  • Strong technical background in battery energy storage systems, including: familiarity with battery chemistries, energy management systems, and grid integration technologies.
