What you'll do

  • Architect and drive execution of strategic security initiatives across Trust: & Safety Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Security, and IT.

  • Establish company-wide processes to identify, track, and resolve high-risk: security issues while influencing architecture and infrastructure decisions.

  • Connect core security infrastructure to platform services so unified: identity, data lineage, and audit controls extend across structured, unstructured, and AI workloads.

  • Resolve cross-organizational blockers with Director-, VP-, and C-suite: engineering leaders while balancing technical tradeoffs and resource constraints.

  • Mentor TPMs and strengthen standards for technical rigor, operational execution, and program management.

  • Represent Databricks’ security architecture and posture in executive: technical reviews and, where appropriate, industry forums.

What they're looking for

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • + years of progressive experience in technical program management,: engineering program management, security program management, or an equivalent technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate security, privacy, policy, and compliance: objectives into technical strategy, architecture decisions, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
