We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner closely with engineering leadership and drive a best-in-class hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle technical recruiter in high-growth environments.
What you'll do
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to: surface, engage, and attract top technical talent at scale
Use AI to sharpen every stage of the funnel, from drafting compelling: outreach to mapping talent pools and identifying non-obvious candidates
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
Negotiate job offers and close candidates
Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions
