The opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you’ll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent.

What they're looking for

  • Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in: competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years).
  • Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing: strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
  • Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts —: you stay structured, adaptable, and focused.
  • Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring: strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
  • Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built.
  • Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles.
