The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches

  • Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social: media, referral generation, and events

  • Own relationships with candidates from application through closing, ensuring: that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process

  • Manage offers by extending offers, negotiating, and acting as an internal advocate for candidates

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition peers to learn, teach, and grow

  • Support hiring for non-technical roles, early careers professionals, and openings in other markets as needed

What they're looking for

  • You have in depth knowledge of the technical talent market in the United States
  • You have previous experience closing complex offers for highly competitive roles
  • You have strong sourcing skills, and a deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You are a clear and persuasive written and verbal communicator
