What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our technical organizations
Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles
Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent: including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals
Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to: executives in order to influence and drive positive change
Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)
+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business
What they're looking for
- Experience partnering with senior executives on Engineering, Tech & Product hiring
- Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while: delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience
- This role will focus on recruiting in EMEA
