- Define, implement, and monitor key metrics that ensure the future: sustainability and quality of the developer support experiences
- Experience leading, managing and developing user-facing engineering teams
- Background in software development in one or more programming languages
- Your immediate team is based in Singapore and Japan, with US-based management: (Central Time). This role requires a work schedule that provides meaningful daily overlap with APAC business hours. For candidates based in the United States, this role is only suitable for those in Pacific Time zones, working approximately 11 AM to 8 PM PT. The exact hours are flexible within that range, but APAC overlap is a firm requirement of the role.
