What you'll do
Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules within Core, coordinating: closely with Gateway teams and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate publishing and alignment of schedules, and provide timely: communication to all relevant parties.
Reduce mismatch between auto-sourcing outputs and actual offline schedules: through diligent review and maintenance.
Support the speedy release of SOs (Shipping Orders) to the correct sailings,: especially with high-volume and peak season traffic.
Collaborate with teams across Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management: to support schedule feasibility and product development.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What they're looking for
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to proactively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital tools; prior experience with supply chain platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
