What you'll do
Perform daily trading operational tasks such as expiration processing and account-level risk management
Independently identify process inefficiencies, design improvements, and: implement scalable solutions — leveraging AI tools, SQL, and automation to eliminate manual work and scale the desk
Act as a point of contact for teammates on complex cases, and escalate appropriately when needed
Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams: to prioritize features, test the functionality of our trading products, and drive process improvements that span team boundaries — from operational workflows to regulatory response processes
Support desks across Middle Office Trading with out-of-hours: responsibilities, including flexing across multiple time zones
Build and refine AI-assisted workflows for core operational tasks: risk reviews, reconciliations, data analysis, and regulatory inquiries — and push adoption of these tools across the desk
