What you'll do

  • Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization

  • Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates

  • Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation

  • Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity

  • Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor

  • A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical: candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
