The opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Data Entry to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

What you'll do

  • This is a full-time, on-site position located at our client facility (Eaton: Inc.) in Charlotte, NC. Candidates should have flexible availability, as overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

  • Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, inventory: research, adjustments, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances between physical inventory and system records.

  • Process and enter known,unknown or unidentified inbound freight into: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and receiving records to support operational and customer requirements.

  • Print labels and apply labels for inbound and outbound packages.

  • Deliver parcel and LTL products to inbound and outbound lanes as needed.
