What you'll do

  • Oversee workplace operations at your site(s), providing direction on all: workplace services, including building operations, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, and employee health and safety.

  • Make sound, independent operational decisions by balancing business impact,: risk, cost, and employee experience, seeking alignment when decisions create broader organizational impact or precedent.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of workplace services professionals,: providing direction, coaching, and performance management to drive team excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including: senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop a strong rapport with locally assigned Stripes.

  • Own operational performance for your site by monitoring service levels and: utilization, identifying trends, resolving root causes, and driving continuous improvement across workplace operations.

  • Hold workplace partners and service providers accountable for performance,: ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and operational standards are consistently achieved while driving continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our Finance & Strategy partner and IFM partner to develop: and oversee the opex budget for all facilities, opex, fixed assets and events of the Dublin office.
