What you'll do

  • Oversee ongoing abstraction progress for specific deliverables each month,: tracking key performance indicators in the abstraction process, and providing insight to help make data-driven decisions

  • Assist in identifying trends and analyzing data to proactively highlight: potential operational issues and recommend workflow solutions to improve abstraction reliability and efficiency

  • Collaborate with the AbsOps team to identify new or improved processes and: workflows to streamline and scale operations

  • Work cross-functionally to execute on projects that improve the efficiency: and reliability of Flatiron’s abstraction operations

  • You have experience working in an operations or tactical role

  • You are comfortable analyzing data using Excel/ Google sheets
