Manage the end-to-end P2P process in Ramp, from invoice intake and coding to: approval follow-ups and biweekly AP payments, ensuring strong controls.
Improve AI-assisted coding, automation rules, and exception handling to: reduce manual work and keep transactions accurate.
Support colleagues with expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card questions, resolving issues efficiently.
What they're looking for
- Own assigned OPEX, card spend, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal: entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate GL and cost-center coding, timely: financial information, and a reliable month-end close.
- Maintain clear accounting records, support audit requests, and document: processes to ensure continuity and effective controls.
- Use n8n, AI tools, and modern accounting platforms to identify opportunities: for automation and continuously improve workflows.
