What you'll do

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and: customers. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team by providing direction,: performance feedback, training, and support.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to support Finance department objectives and organizational goals.

  • Oversee the general ledger and review entries, reconciliations, and: supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including consolidations,: reconciliations, analysis, and financial reporting.
