What you'll do

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and: customers. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and leadership team, ensuring: efficient day-to-day office operations and alignment of administrative priorities.

  • Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, filing: systems, records management, time submissions, and maintaining organized and accurate documentation.

  • Own and manage document control processes for the office, including setting: up, maintaining, and improving electronic and hard-copy filing systems in alignment with company standards.

  • Receive, track, organize, and maintain internal and external documentation,: including project-related records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper version control.

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal documentation and office: communication, supporting information flow between office staff, field teams, and leadership.

  • Support financial administrative processes, including expense tracking, time: submissions, and maintaining related records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including document setup,: system access, and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain office supplies, office environment, equipment, and vendor: relationships to support uninterrupted operations.
