What you'll do
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and: customers. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Prepare and maintain financial and operational reporting that supports informed business decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identify trends, and: provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis: activities across operations and projects.
Partner with Operations, Project Controls, and other stakeholders to support: project financial performance and reporting.
Assist with project accounting activities, including job setup, journal: entries, accruals, billings, and financial analysis.
What they're looking for
- Monitor project performance through analysis of revenue, costs, gross margin,: backlog, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Analyze working capital performance, including accounts receivable,: collections, billings, and project cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements,: reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
- Support ERP, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives that improve: data quality, automation, and business performance.
