What you'll do
Put people first and value human interaction over process.
Embrace radical change and aren't scared of ambiguity or the unknown.
Make a positive impact on individuals, teams, and the products they build.
Become a key component of your segment leadership team, partnering with EMs,: PMs, and Tech Leads to align OKRs, problems & opportunities and roadmaps.
Own and drive end-to-end change initiatives and strategic improvements across: the product development lifecycle.
Mentor and guide less experienced Agile coaches through structured coaching: agreements to support their professional growth.
What they're looking for
- Optimize and improve scaled ways of working.
- Design and facilitate large-scale workshops and offsites for domain and: leadership levels to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
- Be framework agnostic, not dogmatic, and have a diverse problem-solving toolkit.
- Have a holistic understanding of how being (not doing) Agile is a great way: to build products customers love to use.
