At Miro, our Business Technology (BizTech) team is the engine that keeps our internal operations running smoothly and scaling rapidly. We are looking for an AI Integrations Engineer to be the connective tissue between our core business systems across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and beyond.
What they're looking for
- years of experience in production automations and enterprise Saas integrations
- Integration & Middleware Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience building complex automations on Workato — including recipe logic, custom connectors, and Workato's agentic capabilities (e.g., Workato Genie, Agentic Studio). Experience with other platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) is a plus.
- Enterprise System Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience integrating with and navigating the APIs of major SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Marketo , and Jira.
- Software Engineering Foundation: Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying scalable microservices preferrably using java — comfortable owning the full lifecycle from design to production.
