The opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers…

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team Manage and grow a cross-functional: team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.

  • Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative Develop messaging houses: grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.

  • Lead regional demand generation Leadership over the EMEA demand: engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.

  • Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns Translate global: narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.

  • Enable the wider regional team Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling,: Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.

  • Scale with AI Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research,: drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.

What they're looking for

  • Measure and sharpen Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer: feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
  • + years in B2B marketing: with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven people leadership: experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
  • Narrative and content mastery: you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
