What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members

• Schedule staff and distribute workload: work closely with Mexico/US stakeholders to meet business requirements

• Hands-on associate manager who can combine team leadership with active: production coverage, stepping in whenever extra support is needed

• Ensure team members meet daily goals and monitor individual and team performance

• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes

• Proactively generate and share ideas that lead to process efficiency and customer experience improvement
