- Minimum of 1 year of professional hands-on experience.
- Experience with a modern server side language and willingness to learn Golang. Our legacy is Ruby/Rails.
- REST APIs; understanding how to build and consume HTTP APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL. Comfort with writing queries and understands relational data models.
- Product-minded approach. Comfortable working directly with product partners,: navigating ambiguity, understanding customer problems, and making tradeoffs that balance technical quality with shipping value.
- Curiosity about AI tooling. We use AI daily for development and are shipping: AI-powered features; you don't need to be an expert, but you should be eager to experiment.
