What you'll do
Dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman,: Andrew Huberman) and media businesses
Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms
Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for ElevenLabs' largest customers

Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
What they're looking for
- –5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
- Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
- Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
- Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
