What you'll do

  • Physically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate Atlas Copco controllers, tool: stands, and tooling hardware across production lines

  • Program and configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to exact engineering specifications

  • Diagnose production floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs (Psets)

  • Analyze tightening curves and graphs to diagnose torque vs. angle anomalies,: cross-threading, and joint relaxation

  • Train manufacturing technicians and operators on the proper handling and safety of smart tools

  • Maintain tooling health and calibration records to ensure continuous reliability and minimize downtime

What they're looking for

  • Experience using ToolsTalk 2 software
  • Experience with micro-fastening applications for electronics or small electromechanical joints
  • Familiarity with torque-tension relationships (soft vs. hard joints)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment
