The opportunity
Asana is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join our IT Team and help manage AV and event operations across our worldwide offices. Based in our Warsaw office, you will primarily support our conference rooms throughout the EMEA region and oversee team/regional AV events.
What they're looking for
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop on-the-fly solutions for events, train end users for DIY events and: act as an escalation point for all video conferencing IT support tickets in the EMEA region..
- + years of experience servicing Video Conferencing rooms and/or L2/L3 IT Support for A/V
- Experience in corporate live events, conference center operations, or hotel A/V support a plus
