What you'll do
Monthly billing cycles are executed accurately and on time, with invoices: calculated, generated, and delivered via email and third-party portals such as Ariba.
Credit memos, debit memos, and refunds are processed in accordance with approved requests.
Oracle workbooks are built and maintained for new and amended contracts.
Commercial contracts are reviewed to identify billing requirements, with: billing language validated with senior team members as needed.
Peer reviews of invoice calculations are completed to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms.
Billing inquiries are responded to promptly, with complex disputes escalated appropriately.
What they're looking for
- Audit requests are supported and ad hoc projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Established SOPs and internal controls are followed to ensure consistent and compliant billing operations.
- + years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable,: order-to-cash, or a similar role, preferably in a a B2B tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment
- Foundational understanding of invoicing processes, ERP workflows, and AR fundamentals
